Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI got acrylics done there and I asked for a simple design and they did a horrible job, I then asked for them to take it off and he said it looked good and wouldn’t take it off, there’s all bubbles in my nails as well. I also watched someone get a pedi and leave and then they put someone in the exact same water without cleaning it out!Service: Manicure

I was quoted a half hour wait, instead waited over an hour. During the application of my acrylic nails I was actually told once that I needed to not talk to Andy while he was working on me. He told me to just be quiet while he was doing my nails. I requested a simple design which he refused to do, and was handed off to his wife when another customer came in halfway through my service even though I had a scheduled appointment with him and the visitor was a walk in. I was charged nearly $30 more than I pay for the same service at most other nail salons in the area and within a week every single one of the artificial tips had broken off. When I went back to ask him to fix it he wanted $3 per nail, he wanted a sum of $35 for me to walk out with them looking how they had when they were originally done, but he advertises a full set for $35. So half the work but the full price of someone who just walks in with no nails on at all. I was treated poorly and unfair. The quality stinks and I for being told to basically shut up I only give 1 star but wish I could give them none! I won’t be returning.

aside from long wait because only 2 people work there the nail polish quality is horrible. I got a French shellac and within 12 hours the color on tips was dissolving. I went back next day they did same color and it happened again in less than 5 days. very low quality of products and customer service. they would not allow me money back even though I had them remove gel. they said it was my fault color faded.

Got a pedicure with my fiancé for our honeymoon. Very nice atmosphere, great people working there, and although it was my first experience, it was a great one. She loved it too and has been to many different places.

Always leave happy with the way my hands and feet look and feet. Great family owned place, I would recommend them to anyone. Pay the extra and get the paraphim wax on feet and hands leaves you feeling 10 years younger. The little things that make it So worth it.
