Beware of getting your nails done at Lucky Nails. I had a gentleman who did my nails (not sure of his name) who ended up cutting and breaking part of my nail with a cuticle clipper. He was also burning my nails with the drill, which I told him multiple times, every time he noticed that it was hurting me he said, “You’re fine. I have to get the color off.” During our session he also complained about different women customers that he has had in the past that have complained about the nails/service. The nails ended up being uneven, bulky & not painted correctly. I asked him several times to fix these issues since I am paying for the service, he tried to fix them but could not. Before leaving I had to ask a different nail technician to fix them because they were still not done correctly. She was apologetic and did her best to fix them but I’m still definitely not satisfied with the service. They offered a free wax but I feel like I paid them to hurt me. Again, beware!!!

Gave this place a shot, despite less than stellar reviews. Pedicure was adequate, nothing special. In hindsight I’m a bit concerned about the tools as they were removed from a package, but it was not sealed. Were things sanitized? The entire nail kit was hidden under a towel, which only the technician lifted whenever she needed some thing. Unfortunately she also cut away too much skin making me bleed. I understand this happens occasionally, but never ideal. I will say though that my technician was super nice and chatty in a good way.
