I had an appointment but waited 40 minutes. I got a great pedicure from Kim, but prices were a bit high at $45 (with gel polish) and the owner tried to hard sell me a $15 upgrade. It is located on Main Street and is convenient for me; otherwise I probably wouldn’t go back.

It had been a long time since I had been to Lucky Nails as I did not have a great experience many yrs ago. I had made an appt for 3. The upside of the visit is they were all super friendly. The downside is why I didn’t come back after last time. My family that was with me were getting full set and gel and it was the fastest job and not well done. They were not happy. The prices charged were higher than most places in the area and they always seem to add more on at the end. There is nothing that says cash only and they tell you they only do cash after and have an ATM for you to take money out of. Which not only pays them every time someone uses it, but now charges the customer for the use as well as our bank charging additional on top of that. It’s bologna as they have a credit card machine no matter what they tell you… I will not return to them after this last visit.

Do not recommend lucky nails at all. I went with my step daughter, she got a manicure and I got a full set. FIRST they didn’t listen to her about what she wanted, even after hearing it from her, the lady that was sitting next to her getting hers done or myself! She asked for black and glitter on her pinky’s and thumbs and red on the pointer, middle and ring. Simple. They put black- no glitter and every nail had a disgusting flower that looked like she could of done a better job designing! SECOND I asked for a full set, the lady doing mine didn’t ask if I wanted the gel or what I normally get, acrylic, she just slapped gel on and I hate gel, it burns and is $20 more expensive! I also showed the lady the shape I wanted and the length, the shape would be ok, IF they weren’t all crooked going whatever way they wanted but they are, one of my nails looks half the size of the other because they didn’t put the gel all the way to the top of the nail, it literally looks placed in the middle.. they are all lumpy and disgusting. I haven’t stopped crying since getting home! Will never ever go back!

I read the reviews, so I was expecting them to keep pushing gel nails, I was not expecting them to ask me 5 times and for me to say no 5 times for them to ignore me, do it anyways, and charge me for gel. Whenever they asked I would specify no just normal. Each time. Completely ignored. And I didn’t appreciate the nail tech just going in and not checking in with me. Do not recommend unless you specifically want gel and are fine with them ignoring your wishes.

I love how gentle they were with my nails, she poked me once and I didn’t even feel it and she still asked if I was okay. They didn’t shave my nails off like the nail bar. I will definitely come here again

Went here recently with family for pedicures. One lady bullied my sister into getting the $60 pedicure, it wasn’t appropriate and I am quite unhappy that she was so pushy with her. The nail tech I had was friendly but my nails are sloppy and were rushed, paint on my skin around the nails, every one of them, and no clean up was done, several bumps/bubbles and no top coat either and I paid $40 plus tip. The tools aren’t sanitized in between customers, which was the bigger issue. I should have asked to have her clean up my nails but I expected a better job for $40, I was anxious to leave. Will not return.

I’ve been here a few times and I find that it’s hit or miss. I’ve gotten a set I really liked and I also got a set I was disappointed with. The set I got that I liked, the nail tech was great and she kept checking in to make sure I liked them through the process. That did not happen the next time I came in and I left getting something pretty different than what I wanted (it didn’t look too bad but I was a little upset that I paid $65 for something I didn’t ask for). They’re also very pushy about services. I came for a fill once and instead of doing the fill the nail tech just went ahead and did a whole new set. I should have said something but I hate making peoples jobs harder! However they are very efficient and typically have you in and out fairly quickly. If you choose to come here, make sure you’re very specific about what you want.

I went here twice the first time wasn’t bad but the second time I went was absolutely awful. Me and my friend went early in the morning right as they open because we had work close to 12 we were thinking since we got there at 9:45 they would have plenty of time to do our nails that was so wrong. We got there, they sat us in there chairs right away, as time went on we waited, we thought right after they were done with the client they were on that they were gonna come to us next that was so wrong they continued to take more people before us when we had came in first. This time while we waited for so long I noticed so much about the cleanliness THEY CLEAN NOTHING! They reuse nail files and tools without cleaning them absolutely disgusting and this can cause so much harm to peoples nails this can cause fungus and infection. I watched her pass from person to person using the same nail file they even used a nail file that they were using on someone’s feet and tried using it on me. After waiting 2 hours as they kept taking people before me and my friend we were just gonna leave but we had already been waiting so long. When they finally got to us they did such a rush job my nails came out looking okay but it’s that fact that they aren’t clean at all and it is such bad customer service. Please never go here unless you want to wait 3 hours before getting your nails done and possibly end up with a infection.
