I always love my services here and come here often. This is my go to place for getting my nails done. My visit today was an absolute mess, only because of me! I went in with a broken nail and Eva doing my nails was very careful and gentle. She kept asking if I was okay or if anything hurt. My nails came out wonderful. She really did take good care. While getting my pedicure I started to not feel well. I got really hot and felt like I might faint. Everyone was so concerned and helpful. They gave me water, candy and a damp cloth to wipe my face. I’ve never had an experience before where I’ve almost fainted in public and they were all so great and really helped me a lot. I really really appreciate all of their help. They have great people working here and I can’t recommend them enough!

really liked this place up until my last appointment. I got my toes done here about a week ago, and my toes have been hurting me terribly since. their tools weren’t sanitized in between the previous client and myself, and i was also cut by their tools. the entire appointment felt rushed. i will not be returning. Update: I have been getting my nails done by Eva the past few months, she really cares about her clients . I had a laceration to my finger, and she was very caring and careful to not hurt the cut at all. She does my nails, the right way every single time and suggests new colors for me to do . If you have an appointment, I suggest going with Eva .

**I need to preface this review by stating that I have a severe latex allergy; I need to carry an epi-pen with me. This nail salon uses latex gloves while performing various services. I have informed them of my latex allergy several times: I was instructed to inform them when making the appointment as well as when I psychically walk into the appointment- both of which I have done for the last several months.**

This salon was amazing and John, who did my nails, went above and beyond to make sure they were done properly. I had a fairly specific request with colors/ombré, the glitter, the no glitter, even the shape lol. He asked me several times if I wanted anything changed and made sure I didn’t see any flaws or things I didn’t like about how they turned out. I really appreciated how much time and care he put into my nails – and I’m pretty much obsessed/totally in love them! Thank you Lucky Nail and to John for making my experience here so awesome. I’ll definitely be back 🙂 Attention to detail goes a very long way and a lot of salons don’t really care about making them perfect. This salon does and i couldn’t be happier with my set.
