I went in to set up an appointment to get some ink work done. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Both of the artists were very friendly and approachable. I was shown portfolios of work done by both artists. All the work in both portfolio books were spot on. Vibrant colors and perfect lines work. Even weight lines on everything I saw. There was a woman in there getting some work done on a Japanese style tattoo. That’s not my particular style of art, but it was beautiful, and it was very sexy on her. I haven’t got any ink from them yet, but I will on appointment day. I’m stoked. The shop was very well lit, and it looked extremely organized and clean. The only draw back I found, was the availability to get in for some work. Right now, it’s a little over a month wait to get in. That being said, the length of time it takes to get in speaks to the fact their work is highly regarded by tattoo fanatics. I’ve seen many people in the Fremont area with ink art. When I see a nice piece that really stands out to me, I usually ask, “Who did your ink?”. Almost everyone tells me, “Lucky Lukes”. I’ll post a picture of my art, and update the post accordingly, after my appointment.
