I have only ever had great experiences with Lucky Hand. I’ve been pierced by Jen 3 times, and just recently got my first tattoo done by Eddie. The entire process, from checking in to being tattooed/pierced to paying and leaving was smooth and easy, and the staff was incredibly professional and kind. Kayla is a badass piercer, spent 30-45 min. marking and making sure my nostril piercings were symmetrical, pretty tricky but she got it perfect and was super nice the whole appointment:)) looking forward in coming again! Nose piercing

I had the greatest experience! The building itself is very nice and welcoming and has the best vibe! My piercer was Kayla, and she gave me the most perfect experience! She’s very friendly, easy to talk to, and she’s very professional and knows exactly what she’s talking about. She’s great at explaining the do’s and don’ts, and especially aftercare. She even gave me a stuffie to hold when I said I was nervous. She was awesome, and I highly recommend her (especially for first-timers)

I would 1000% recommend this place to everyone! I have walked out of so many other tattoo shops, but this place looks amazing, the staff are so nice and passionate about their work, and it was so easy start to finish. I got my naval pierced with Jen and she was the best! So friendly, open, honest, and accommodating. Best piercer around!!! And then I stuck around to talk to Chris about his work for my first tattoo. I love how the artists’ portfolios are laid out on the table for all to take a peek. Lucky Hand is the cleanest shop I’ve ever been in, and the energy of everyone there is awesome. I didn’t want to go home.

I was here a few months ago to get my nipples pierced and it was such a good experience. I got to look through artists portfolios while I waited and when I got to go back the piercer was so nice and explained everything and really made sure I was comfortable. They even had time to tattoo my friend while she was waiting. Will definitely be coming back.
