I don’t have a regular salon. I have been looking for one without success. I went here as a walk-in to have dip nails removed and a regular manicure done. Instead of soaking my dips off with acetone, the technician filed and pried them off. My nails are so damaged that they are breaking low below the natural nail line and I am in constant pain. This will take months to recover from. These pictures are from 2 days after the manicure after the remainder of the nails had broken low.

I’ve taken my girls in for gel anicures before and they did a good job, but the gel didn’t last a week. I went in for acrylic nails today. I love that they did gel on my nails so I didn’t have to worry about it smudging. It’s easy to walk in and I’ve never had to wait long.

Disappointing service. I came here to get a haircut and told the stylist exactly what I wanted and where I wanted my line to start for my hair style. The stylist ignored my request and I was left with two lines where I part my hair. I am furious. Not only was I not listened to regardless of saying exactly what I wanted and where I wanted the line to start for my part, but when I informed the stylist I wasn’t happy with the service, all I was told was “it’ll grow back” and “this is where the line should start anyway” Horrible service, horrible listening skills, and horrible accountability. I am beyond furious that the problem was ignored along with the simple request of “please follow this line” customer service was lacked entirely during this visit.

I went here for the first time and I loved it! I will absolutely be back. Mai gave me the best gel manicure I’ve ever had- she was so thorough and I didn’t feel rushed at all (unlike most other salons I’ve been too.) If you want a great gel manicure- go here.

I caught something that is making my feet itch. I’m having to spray them 4 times a day. They do line the tubs but its not enough. Someone was careless and now I’m paying for it. I DO NOT recommend this place and will never go back!!!
