Although the massage was very good when leaving they begged for more of a tip after giving plenty and claimed that the massage was longer than it was. I don’t usually give reviews like this but very unprofessional. Give your workers a livable wage instead of begging for more of a tip. A tip is an added bonus not a “ you need to give more”ridiculous. Will not be going back that’s for sure.

I have NEVER been to a establishment that demands a particular tip!! I gave a 20% tip which I thought was appropriate for the foot massage I got…besides the massage interrupted 3x by the girl getting up and answering the phone!! Also constant chatter amongst themselves. Plus they embarrassed me as I was leaving in FRONT of other customers that my tip was NOT ENOUGH. Not nice at all. I will not be going back. She massaged very good, but in the end they will not let you leave until you pay them a tip they expect you to pay. The lady asked me if I have a credit card. I said no, I don’t have one. They said $10.00 minimum tip, but there are no signs for a tip requirement. I believe these people who work at this massage parlor is from Northern China. They only demand for more tip because they are doing “hard work” for their so called customers.

I had a couples massage with my husband and the two women that were massaging us were having a conversation the entire time and were rough on us, I wasn’t relaxed at all and towards the end while I was paying and tipping she asked for more tip.

Last week was my first time going to Lucky Foot Spa. Due to COVID, they’re by appointment only but were very kind enough to accommodate me. It’s a very cozy business, and my young lady gave me a nice 40 minute foot massage ($25). When I was finished, I was stretching and a gentleman came over and gave me a quick back massage. I felt so much more better after both my foot and back massage. I’ve definitely found my new place and look forward to returning.

Positive: QualityI got 30 min reflexology and 60 min full body massage from Kelly on last Monday, it was actually great for me to be relaxed. Most impressive experience with her was not heart feeling during the 90 min session but Smoothly calm down. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy husband and I went there for a foot massage. The woman told me her thumbs are hurting so she can not massage me properly. They talked nonstop to one another throughout the massage. At the end she tells us we have to give them $15 tip each. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this foot spa.
