Was able to get in on same day, just head/shoulders & feet massage for self & sister. Masseuse was attentive, especially to one shoulder which had an ache-appreciated that. However room was towards the front and although soft music was playing, it took real effort to zone out the noise from lobby, and street. Room was dark but shared with others – so you need additional services for a complete privacy. The massage itself was excellent. I tipped at front desk – they want tip in cash – I am hoping tip actually went to masseuse.

Very professional service, and a clean, quiet environment. Staff is friendly. They never beg or guilt you into giving a higher tip like some establishments (of course I always tip anyway). If you need a massage right now they can usually accommodate walk-ins. Also great for people on a budget.

Great customer service. First masseuse didn’t have firm pressure, but when we brought it to management they apologized and swapped a second masseuse that was just right. Massages are so subjective, really appreciated their adjustment. And the good massage!

I had a 90 minute really boring massage. But my daughter had one of the best massages ever. The spa was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I give 4 stars because the therapist did nothing but rub her forearms around and around on my back.

I had a full body massage, with emphasis on back neck and shoulders. So many lumps now gone! Whole heartedly recommend.
