Rome not only is a great barber he operates an amazing shop Amber Johnathan and Rome are all amazing people inside and out. They operate with amazing customer service skills as well as outstanding people skills they are friendly very skilled and do an amazing job to make you look your best for any special occasion or just a typical routine haircut. Very affordable too! I will definitely be coming back to Sxssful hair care from here on out!

The overall presentation of the salon is atrocious. It looks like a very low class salon. It’s not a very attractive place. There is no sign up front, making it hard to see. The young smaller woman cutting hair shouldn’t even be allowed to cut hair. She does a terrible job. She did not fade one side and cut another side completely different. When I came back in, the other woman tried to fix it but it was literally unfixable. The salon owner disagrees with everything I said that happened. He actually stood their watching his employee struggle to cut my hair and offered her no assistance. I have not received an apology. All I received was my money back, hair fixed and him hyping up his own salon that it’s the “best in town”. When in reality, it’s probably the worst I have personally been to. Professionally and skills wise.

They cut hair great! and they’re super cool, however it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in. they’re understaffed, they’ll close the doors out of nowhere, and leave customers without explanation. Quality cuts and good people don’t mean anything if you can’t get in. Cannot support businesses that do business poorly.
