10/13/2022 update. This place has new owners and management. Dorene, is new here and has been in the business for 30 plus years. She’s cut and colored my hair for over 25 years and is very personable. Dorene is awesome. Trisha, has been in the business for years provide a large array of hair services. My stylist was excellent. I really feel that she cared about the way my hair came out. Lucinda was lovely to me, and I felt that the prices for her services were very fair. They were actually less than another hairloss center where I had gone to before Lucinda’s. There was no contract to sign, and I paid as services were rendered, not by the number of minutes the stylist worked on my hair. I only gave 4 stars because the hairpiece that I bought was very thin and had to be sent back for more hair. It took a very long time to receive it. On arrival, a very inexperienced stylist ruined the piece. I never went back again. I sought out consultations about wigs, and have been wearing beautiful wigs since then.

I have been working with Lucinda for 7 years. She has helped me in so many ways to deal with my issues with hair loss and it’s really changed my life.The pieces she has found for me are beautiful and no one has ever been able to tell that It was not my own hair. I come to visit her every year as my hair has changed and look forward to my visits. Although right now live in Maryland, I still make time to go see Lucinda because I have never found another place that has the quality pieces that she has. Thank you Lucinda!

Definitely go to Lucinda if you want to have your WORST possible experience buying a wig in your life! She is condescending, disorganized and downright mean. Her salon is dirty. Lucinda does not appear to have it in her to empathize with her clients that are facing the prospect of losing their hair due to chemotherapy and radiation. So, if you are a woman coping with cancer, go somewhere else for your wig!

Horrible experience. I have never felt more compelled to write a google review until I wen’t to Lucinda’s. I brought my mom recently diagnosed with cancer here to look at wigs since she just started chemo and was shocked at how unprofessional and disorganized our visit was. The woman had my poor mom in near tears in the middle of the consult, she showed no empathy and just didn’t seem to grasp the situation. I truly can’t believe this woman does this for a living and has worked with people who have cancer. My best advice is to go somewhere else.
