I really don’t appreciate being forced to write a 5-star review on google and yelp immediately before I leave the appointment, in order to receive the after-care brow product that should be included in my $250 service. That is so unprofessional and unauthentic. Within one minute of my service being finished, I was handed a piece of paper explaining how to write a review and being asked to do that before I paid… meanwhile my eyes were still watering and I had no chance to even take a good look at my results.

I decided to get lash extensions again after a couple years without them. Lucia Lash had a promotion and I decided to give it a go. The location is in kahala near Olive Tree Restaurant and Kapa Hale. It’s quite convenient for me and there’s a parking lot and available street parking. Tomoe did my lashes and she was very attentive and detailed during and prior to the appointment. She explained the different lash curl and style options and also took the time to ask about my needs. I.e if I had lashes before and why I stopped/ why I was getting it again. I felt like she prepared my lashes to make sure they were a perfect fit for my eye shape, lash length and personal preferences. Overall I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the process. I asked for a hybrid with Cat eye.
