I live in Dallas but came into town last month and he did amazing on my nails the first time, came back this month again and once again he killed it! They do great work and I got a pedicure. Critical: QualityI’m so disappointed……. I had really liked my nails but I’ve had them for like 3-4 day and I’ve had 3 break….I let the owner know and he was being so arrogant and he was trying to charge me, when the problem is that he’s products are old…… I highly not recommend bc in other places with issues like this they would address……… he was literally telling me he didn’t care and I could leave . First time there and got a pedicure, a new employee did my toes and owners checked up to see how he did and it was amazing! Owners are so down to earth and very cool, talked to them, made me feel comfortable and are overall very genuine. Will be coming back for sure !

Walking in I was really nervous to get my nails done somewhere new. I hadn’t found my perfect salon that is until I came in for a pedicure at Luci Nails! They were so welcoming and I was really impressed with how they took their time to do each thing. We took a little longer than anticipated due to the pedicure we choose. They didn’t rush through any of the procedures and made sure we got our complimentary wine. Then when my partner requested another glass, they made sure I was driving. They were super responsible with their drinks and overall very friendly! The salon was super clean and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had!

They’re both pretty friendly,& try to get everyone taken care of relatively soon. They also get paid very little for the nails that they fill,so it’s a good idea to tip their work.. Their little daughter Luci runs around the place, playing,& she is so precious!

I made an appointment at 3 and they didn’t start on my nails til 4. They rushed and they were taking turns doing my nails. They didn’t even oil my nails and they were done very badly. They took about 3 hours doing my nails because they kept leaving and going to different costumers. I used to come when they barely had business and they took their time and used to give us drinks.but this time was the worst experience,I would not be coming back!

I love love how this people spoil me. They are so nice and make sure to do just what you ask for the way you want it. Unlike other places that try to persuade you. They really know how to treat customers and they even offer a cold glass of orange juice. I have moved to southwest Houston and for me the drive is worth it. Is really hard to find a place like them. Highly recommend their quality service
