Amazing service! I haven’t had such an amazing service with excellent outcomes like this ever! Eva took her time and diligently worked on my requested nail design. It was silent and peaceful unlike may of the nail salons I’ve been to. My mom also did foot care and she loved it and was very satisfied. Definitely coming back to this nail salon again !

Critical: Punctuality, ValueSo I absolutely love the ambiance of this place. It’s so relaxing! I love how my pedicures come out. But that’s the ONLY thing I’ll ever go for again after today. I walked in for my 11am appointment, wasn’t seen until 11:20. She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted a full set WITH ACRYLIC. I get prepped by the technician Katie (she’s super sweet) she couldn’t finish my nails because she had another client waiting. So they told me to get my pedicure until she’s finished. An hour n a half (because I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come do my feet) later my pedicure is finished I then wait in Katie’s chair to get my nails done. The owner comes over and starts to do my nails. I notice her put a gel on my nail bed and DIP my finger into a powder. So I asked her what is this. She said it’s healthier for my nail. I told her I want acrylic she told me I’d had to wait another hour to do acrylic. I told her I’m not paying for this sip powder because that’s not what I asked for. So I absolutely love the ambiance of this place. It’s so relaxing! I love how my pedicures come out. But that’s the ONLY thing I’ll ever go for again after today. I walked in for my 11am appointment, wasn’t seen until 11:20. She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted a full set WITH ACRYLIC. I’d like to thank the staff at Lucent Nails for turning a not-so-great experience into a lovely one. The first time I went in, I had a gel manicure with a light color done. A week later, the entire manicure was chipped. I went in once to fix it, and then a couple of days later it chipped again. I showed the technicians and they agreed that a week-old gel manicure shouldn’t chip, and they fixed the entire thing, almost an entirely new manicure, for free. I tipped the technician, but they didn’t ask me for a penny. It was a great way to do business and I would easily go back there again, but this time try and ask them to keep me under the lamps for a longer time. Thanks, Lucent Nails!

When the salon first opened I really liked getting my nails done here. Now I wouldn’t recommend it. The ambiance of the place is really nice and relaxing, however not satisfied with the job they’re doing anymore. I went to do a powder dip manicure with a design that I had a picture of. My nails now are crooked because of the way she filed them. I don’t really like telling someone how to do their job but when I saw how crooked they were I had to say something. I asked the girl if she can do the design, otherwise I would do a regular powder dip without a design. She tried 3 times to do the design and while I saw that she couldn’t do it I told her her to just do the color. Of course she wanted to charge for the design tho so she insisted on doing another design that I didn’t want to. Also when I picked which fingers I wanted to have the design on she insisted on different fingers. A week in now and the manicure has started chipping even tho powder dip is not supposed to for at least 3 weeks (had other powder dip mani and they lasted almost 4 weeks).

I went in with my friend for pedicure and manicure. They sat us next to each other and the two ladies who were doing our pedicure were talking about my feet by looking at my feet, saying things in their language and giggling, which I found very rude. My manicure was done in less than 10 minutes with only 2 coats of the polish. Everything was overpriced. No wonder it wasn’t busy because people don’t want to come back to this place with very bad quality of service. My manicure was destroyed in 3 days.

It can be a little expensive depending on the service you receive.Two days ago I wanted a pedicure so I went there as usual. I was directed to a male technician which did not bother me. After what seemed like 10-15mns, he had already scrubbed my feet and prepared my toes for the polish. My toenails were not cleaned so I asked him to clean them which he was surprised that they were not clean. He proceeded to apply nail polish and I went to have my eyebrows waxed. My heels we’re just as when I came in and I told the attendant who was doing my eyebrows and her response was “next time get callous remover” No apologies. I told her I was not pleased and wouldn’t come back. It is unfortunate because I like the peaceful atmosphere at the salon but if they want to have a clientele then they need to train their staff. Today I got a gel manicure and even with an appointment I waited 30 minutes. The actual manicure itself was very nice and thorough however less than eight hours later the gel chipped. They look pretty on the outside but they do terrible work and my nails are permanently damaged because of them! I still have leftover acrylic on my nails that I can’t take off! First nail tech put way too much gel powder on my nail and it looked bulky then the other nail tech put too little and all my nails broke in the middle including my own nail and I went to another nail salon to soak them off and they couldn’t even get all the acrylic off and to this day my nails are permanently damaged !
