Recently, I called to Luce to try and schedule an appointment for my step-daughter with my regular hair stylist and was rudely told “she was no longer there”. When I requested my stylists information or phone number the woman on the phone refused to provide it to me. Instead the lady tried to get me to schedule with her which of course I declined. Thank goodness, when I checked my emails later that day I received the announcement from my stylist with all the information for her new salon (which Luce had the whole time but refused to give).
