Not a happy customer! went in for cut and style. The young girl was very nice but I thought a (level 5) had many years of experience,If I had just asked before she started working on my hair maybe I wouldn’t look like she put a bowl on my head and cut it.The owner(I think he was) offered to show me around but never offered me a coffee, glass of wine, (as they advertise) I had to ask for some water. And when I was leaving he, (the owner) asked when I wanted to set up another appointment, Not, I hope are you pleased with you experience.To late to complain the damage was done. I’m just sad and disappointed that they charge me $77.05 for a haircut that looks like I got it from a cosmetology school.

Sarah is just amazing. I’ve been using box dye for years on my grey and my color was terrible. I was feeling like I was never going to have good hair again since going grey. Sarah took the time to do a full consult with me, collaborating with another coworker in the best approach. When the time came for her to fix my hair, she was thorough and detail oriented. Mixing specific colors for each section of my hair. My color came out so amazing. Already booked two more appointments! I cannot say enough about the salon and Sarah. I highly recommend it!

She also told me what would work best with my hair as far as shampoo and explained how to style it! She took her time and she did not disappoint! It was exactly what I wanted! She also told me what would work best with my hair as far as shampoo and explained how to style it! She took her time and she did not disappoint! It was exactly what I wanted! I went to Lucas Salon for the first time a few weeks ago. I did a lot of research on hair salons in the area and Lucas looked very impressive and seemed to have great reviews, so I decided to book! I saw Caleigh for a cut. I was looking to get bangs for the first time, which I was sort of nervous to get! Caleigh took the time to really understand my hair and the goals for the haircut!
