THANK YOU Ellen & Luann! You saved the day!! My daughter is getting married in a week and she had a prior hair dresser make some bad choices on her hair. Ellen worked for 3 1/2 hours to fix it today and it looks great! On top of that Luann colored the mother of the bride to compliment her hair color. Wow! Ellen listens and finds out what you like and continually checks with you to see if you like it. I went for a haircut for her to fix another hairdresser’s mistake. She patiently worked until she fixed it. Then I returned for highlights. I’m happy to report that I found my new hairdresser!

Not even worthy of one star. Signed on for monthly tanning, Waste of money. Cheap beds, not clean, not very private. Owner looks at you as if you’re disturbing her, always looks like she’s angry!!! Made me dig for my own service card in a box that was not in any order. Signed up for a month, have been 3 times. Was considering other services, but no!!!!! Will not return!!! Horrendous customer Service!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI book my first appointment at this salon to get my nails done and I come in on time for the rude receptionist to tell me that the lady doing my nails didn’t come in and did not call me about rescheduling/cancelling. I drove 30 minutes and could’ve called to make another appointment somewhere else instead of my time being wasted. Not acceptable service and very unprofessional business. I book my first appointment at this salon to get my nails done and I come in on time for the rude receptionist to tell me that the lady doing my nails didn’t come in and did not call me about rescheduling/cancelling.
