Access & Reservations: Due to the DFS store still being closed, our entrance is not immediately apparent. Enter the Waikiki Galleria Tower from the door next to Louis Vuitton on Kalakaua Avenue; we are located on the 7th floor. For the time being, walk-in appointments are not available. The customer service was spectacular and I couldn’t be more grateful to, I believe her name was Michiko. My partner and I received a couples Lomi Lomi massage and it was fantastic. My fiance and I got our first massage here and it was amazing. The owner and staff were so nice, helped us picked the scented oil we wanted to use, went over what pressure point to pay more attention to, overrall they provided us with excellent service. The massage was really nice and relaxing. Needless to say my fiance and I enjoyed it. At the end of the session they provided us water to rehydrate and small souvenirs for us to take home. They even walked us to the elevator and waited for the door to close. Just the little touches, made us feel extra special. We would highly recommend this place to anyone in Hawaii or coming to Honolulu. Worth every dollars.

If I could give ten stars, I would! My husband booked us both massages here for our anniversary and they were so welcoming and friendly! We were able to choose the scent of the oil used in the massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten! I had an awful headache from the flight the day before and by the end of the massage, I felt a thousand times better. The staff were amazing, the massage was amazing, I cannot recommend them enough!
