Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a manicure. Place looked run down. The man that did my nails just filed them down and sloppily did the polish. My cuticles were rough. There was residue nail polish on the skin around my nails. The working surface was filthy. I noticed that their tools were not sanitized or disinfected. Went in for a manicure. Place looked run down. The man that did my nails just filed them down and sloppily did the polish. My cuticles were rough. There was residue nail polish on the skin around my nails. The working surface was filthy. I noticed that their tools were not sanitized or disinfected. He was just pulling tools from a drawer. It’s no wonder this place has such a poor rating.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy sister in law, mother in law and myself went in here on a Saturday at 530, not one person in there, that’s when we should’ve walked out. My MIL got jus a basic manicure hers was okay, I had gel polish on my nails and wanted to get another color done, the lady started me with a soak off, and it was not goin well my SIL, and MIL were both done before my nails were even soaked off to get new color, I told him just to put clear polish on me I’ll get them done somewhere else because after he started painting my nails it looked like a 3 year old was doin it, not to mention he broke 3 of my nails and asked me if I wanted him to super glue them. My SIL opted for a pedi. He basically soaked her feet, used a cheese grater finished them off and then painted them. No massage no relaxation, nothing!!! Worst experience ever!! My sister in law, mother in law and myself went in here on a Saturday at 530, not one person in there, that’s when we should’ve walked out.
