I came to get a full set. As soon as I walked in they told me that they were full for the day. There were two ladies getting their nails done and no one waiting. Mind you it was 5:00 PM and they close at 7:00 PM. There was plenty of time for them to take care of me. They didn’t even ask what I wanted. I feel as if I was racially profiled because another lady came after me and they gladly took her in. I will not be visiting this salon anymore.

I walked In with my daughter, the young man was doing a pedicure and said “what you need?” I replied ” pedicures and refills”. He then look around the counter and said he could not help us because there were only two workers there. ( very rudely).. there was only one customer in the building. Never a need to be rude or disrespectful. My daughter and I just walked out.

Guy who gave me my pedicure did a horrible job getting an ingrown nail out and hurt me more than I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t even get to soak for 5 min. Wasn’t offered any options for pedicures just assumed what we wanted and was not greeted. Won’t come back. Thankfully we were just in town for the day.

Not a professional positive environment at all. Some people where told they could make an appointment and others where told to walk in. The wife refused to do some women eyebrows and went on to accommodate her friends’ eyebrows. An elderly lady walked out after sitting for over an hour waiting for a pedicure, when three ladies walked in and went to the tubs to get pedicures. In my opinion, everyone is not treated fairly at this business.

Very rude. I called at 11 and asked if they were open. He said yes. I asked how busy they were he said “what you mean?”. I said “if I come up there now can I get my nails done?” He said “yeah 12:30 fine”. I said “what?” And got no reply. I show up at 11:30 and no greeting of hi or hello or nothubg. First thing he says is “what you need?” My reply “a new set” him: “I got appointment at 12 you come back at 2 I get you in.” Me: “I just drove 15 minutes and my baby is down for a nap. You can’t do my nails real quick cuz idk if I can make it back at 2.” Him: “NO have appointment I get you at 2.” Me: “but you have sticker on your door saying walk-ins welcome but you can’t take me?” Him yet again: “NO have appointments I get you in at 2.” Me: ” ok pur me down for 2.” I would not have come back but my mother in law gave me a gift card. I wasn’t gonna just let that go to waste. When I came back at 2 and picked out my colors he did my nails and out the door I went. Not happy at all with customer service or the quality of the work. I WILL NOT RETURN!!!

I loved it when vincent was there and it was LAtech. I went in to diva nails to get a soak off and overlay and he refused to do because he said the soak off takes too long. No other customers were in the shop and it was 2 hours before closing.
