This is my 2nd time to go to LTC nails. The first time they were not busy and went out of their way to be friendly to me and to make sure I was happy with everything when I was finished. This time, they were very busy and the lady that did my nails did not speak English and there was a miscommunication about the color that I wanted. One of the other employees that did speak English told me they would change it for free this time ( she had only painted 2 of my nails when I realized the color was not the one I wanted) but that if this ever happens again, I will be charged. For the wrong color! I feel an apology and the correct color would have been the best action to take. They never apologized! Not once. Blamed me on the miscommunication and this was all in front of about 8 other women. I don’t like that they speak to each other in a language I can’t understand when they are perfectly capable of speaking English(except the ones that don’t know English and if they don’t know it, they should be working on learning it). You couldn’t pay me to go back there ever again! Awful, terrible, rotten and embarrassing appointment! Shame on you LTC Nails! You need to do way better if you want customers to come back!

I have never had a problem with this place! Always professional and always go above and beyond. I definitely recommend the Jelly Pedicure. Absolutely amazing . Not only do you get an amazin pedicure but the massage from the chairs is beyond relaxing! My manicures are always powder dip and some sort of design. They make my nails just the way I want and they last forever.

My first and last time going!!! definitely Will Not return, the guy who greeted us at the door wasn’t friendly at all, we were trying to ask questions about their services, and he wasn’t paying attention to any of that, once we decided to go ahead and have pedicures, one of the ladies suggested that my fiancé have something extra done to his feet, after we decided against it, she was very pushy trying to convince us other wise until we finally had to snap and say it was a service we didn’t want, we only went because our normal place was closed! Although the lady who did my nails was nice, she didn’t do a good.

I have been to LTC once before. They did a good job, this time however I called ahead to make an appointment. When I got there they said that someone had called and canceled it. I didn’t tell anyone about the appointment, so I’m not sure how that would have happened. I think they overbooked themselves or didn’t want to do it.Either way, honesty is the best policy, and I would have understood the truth better.
