I’ve been going to Kim since she had her other salon so since roughly 2018 to 2019 and followed Kim to LT Spa in 2021. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I love the salon all the nail techs and above all Kim. Her attention to her clients as the owner is amazing. She knows how I love pink colors, sparkles, and even sets aside new sparkle colors she thinks I like. I moved this year a good distance away from the salon and will make the drive to the salon just to get a great manicure and pedicure every two weeks.

I’ve been searching for a person that knows how to do dip nails, till I met Kathy at LT Spa in Wilmington. I’ve had terrible experiences at other nail salons. You spend enough money and you want to receive great service. They dont rush you and they are very detailed, plus the place is very clean. Showed one of the girls a photo of the nails that I wanted done and she said she had no time to do the design and painted my nails one solid color. I asked if she could do my acrylic nails long and she said no and she had no time to take them off to replace them with new tips. I’ve been here before and my first time I did not like the nails I got but my second time the nails were very nice. The attitude that I received was not appropriate personally I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Not worth the prices and not worth anyone’s time.

Was asked to remove my low rating review so did so and gave them many chances! Kim the owner is terrible at scheduling . Made appointment for 1 pm.she schedule me for 9:30 am and fixed the appointment asked me to come in at 12:45 arrived at 12:30 to be told she will fix one nail and have me come back at 3 to fix the other nail! Also seen her mess of the day for another customer.

Today I visited LT spa and nails for the first time. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the salon appeared to be. Throughout the visit the cleanliness was impeccable. Mai was my nail technician and her attention to detail was great! The entire staff was friendly and I left the salon with the most beautiful set of nails I’ve had for a long time. Cant wait for my next fill in couple weeks.
