Lena did my hands and I don’t remember the man’s name who done my toes but all the staff were great and wanted to give me what I asked for. No attitudes, very kind people. They make you feel welcome and have nice conversation with you not just with the other techs. You def should give them a chance . ALSO the salon is actually clean. No old nail dust on the stations . Eyebrows turned out nice also

Lena is fantastic! I had been searching for a new nail tech after the one I loved and went to for 10 years moved out of state. Tried a couple of other places with no luck and then struck gold with Lena- I am soo particular about my nails and she did a great job the very first time. She was quick and efficient. The staff was fantastic as well – especially the wonderful receptionist! So friendly – very happy I found this salon and will definitely be going back 🙂

Wow!!!! Best pedicure experience of my entire life. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons (my previous one was in Bloomfield Hills that I would drive an hour and a half to since I loved them so much) and this was the best, most professional and friendly staff, cleanest and prettiest nail salon I’ve ever been to. I almost feel asleep during the pedicure massage! My nails look great. I’ve found my new forever nail spot!!! Even the music was spot on.

I agree that the staff is friendly and it’s a clean establishment, but in September I got gel nails that pealed from my cuticles just under a week later. I had an another appointment and told them what happened and no response. I’m not the pushy sort and let is go as an oddity. On my second appointment I got a manicure that pealed off two days later. I can paint my own nails and they last 4 days min. I’m unsure if it’s their process or poor nail polish, but I won’t be going back. Note I gave them a 2 star for the staff and clean environment.

The staff was nice, and the salon clean and organized. I rarely get my nails done, and even then it’s just a polish or mini manicure once a year. I can’t say that I’ll be back. The lady that helped me really didn’t speak more than a few words of English. When we tried to talk about my request to keep my natural nail shape and just put on some polish, she could not understand me and kept filing off the sides of my nails. I stopped her a couple of times thinking we could avoid this for the remaining eight, but by then it was a bit late. I then tried to ask, several times and ways, if there was a better way to ask to keep the natural nail shape. That didn’t work and no one in the salon seemed to notice in order to help, nor did she ask any of the other nail techs for some help with the translation. Not a big deal, I’ll just file them all down and they’ll grow back, but it’s frustrating. If anyone at the salon reads this, I would just ask that you let the employees know that if they’re having trouble understanding someone to ask another nail tech for help.

The salon was inviting and clean. The service was the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve never had my nails dipped before. I assumed they would take care of my cuticles and properly trim my nails, but that was a very wrong assumption. He sanded my cuticles off where he saw them, totally missed the others, leaving my fingers quite sore. He did one clip on each fingernail that he filed a little bit. I asked for rounded and I have slanted, indented, straight and a few slightly rounded. I had to start filing some of them 24 hours later due to them being jagged. When I put my glasses on to read, I noticed he had polished the cuticles that didn’t get sanded off. Very disappointed with this experience.
