Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first time going to the nail salon. When we first went in, no one greeted me, told me how long the wait time was, no nothing. I had to speak up and say hello and if anyone would be able to communicate with me about the services they had available . We stood there for about 5 whole minutes before anyone said anything to us.They were all over the place. DO NOT go to the man with the glasses on. He caught an attitude when I asked him to do one of my nails over. All he did was rush through my manicure. My pedicure was worst. He threw the hot rag on my leg and burned both of my legs. He rushed through everything and never took his time not once.I even requested to have someone else to my toes. Of course no one wanted to. They treated us horribly. I felt racially profiled. They never treated any of the other guest in that manner. All in all. NEVER AGAIN. These places need to do better and show professional and make all customers feel comfortable. This was my first time going to the nail salon. When we first went in, no one greeted me, told me how long the wait time was, no nothing. I had to speak up and say hello and if anyone would be able to communicate with me about the services they had available .
