Decided to try this salon out because it was close to home only to get the WORST MANICURE EVER. My nails look TERRIBLE and it’s only day 3. I got a dip/gel manicure done here on a Friday. 2 days later it had already chipped so I politely called the salon and told them the situation and they told me to come in. I received no courteous apology, they just seemed bothered. When I left the salon after getting them “fixed” I realized they looked absolutely worse than when I came in. Small bubbles, poorly done tip, orange tip was two different colors, blue tip was runny and uneven, just plain terrible. I called back and to say she was rude and unhelpful is an understatement. I was told it was my fault for not telling her on the spot, said she was with another client and hung up. If you want an EMBARRASSING and DISASTROUS MANICURE and poor customer service where they don’t care about customer satisfaction, go here.. if not I’d find someplace else to go.

Against my better judgement I ignored the reviews saying how rude they are here. I called and ask for an acrylic soak off and a full set. I was informed they were capable of this service even though they were not. The first person who attempted to remove my nails refused to listen to my requests to soak the nails and not pry them off with a tip from his kit (aka rip off the top several layers of my real nail along with it). I did not have a nail extension on, just an acrylic overlay over my very long natural nail. After I started crying and was clearly upset that he ignored my request to soak them and keep them long, he stepped aside for a woman to take over. She was very rude and told me she doesn’t have time to do my nails how I want them then ushered me out of their business. So I left with a hack job of an acrylic removal in tears. I went to the nearest salon (SoHo nails, highly recommend) in tears and had an extremely kind, experienced woman remove my acrylic overlay with no damage to what was left of my real nails. Highly suggest soho nails on main st instead! In the photos you can see how sore my fingers are and how deep they tore the nails off. I have never walked around like this but I cannot put anything on top of my nails. They ripped everything off. It is too sore. You can see the cut from the e-file that she claimed didn’t hurt me (it bled for 2 days lol)

I saw the ratings for this place and it was very high so I decided to give it a try. I walked in and they started working on my nails. They kept telling me to relax my fingers so I did but they were getting at me for not lifting it up when they told me to put it down. They told me that they could do the design, but when they started doing it it was very sloppy and it doesn’t look like the picture at all. When they started to work on the flowers I asked if they could put one of them closer to the other one and they snapped at me and told me to tell her sooner. The whole experience seemed very rushed and even though they did it fast, the work was not to my pleasure.

Started late, rude, was shuffled around to 3 different people with no explanation to complete one mani/pedi combo. When I asked why I was put in the pedicure chair before my manicure was even half way complete, a woman (owner?) screamed at me from across the “salon”, “you can leave if you can’t wait”. So, not only can they not run their appointments on time, they’ll blame it on the customer. Very “professional”. Just avoid; there are plenty of other no frills nail salons in the area you can go to without getting yelled at by a passive aggressive employee. Try Soho Nails on Main St. Smaller space, but much more pleasant experience and staff.

140$ for a gel pedicure and dip nails, I asked for designs we tried two simple designs and I had to just request no design because it was that bad. Even a straight line was not an option for a design. All in all this place was over priced and underwhelming. I have yet to find a nail spot to frequent in this area. Pedicure

The salon is gorgeous and the two women who were working there when I went in we’re both very friendly. The manicurist did a great job on both my manicure and pedicure. We also had a fun time laughing while she did my nails as they play Steve Harvey’s TV show in the background. Can’t wait to go back!
