i made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance, making sure i made it as early as i could which was at 9am due to a 1230 appointment i had for another service somewhere else. i was a bit frustrated due to the fact that i had to wait about 15 minutes for my pedicure and almost 1 1/2 hours after my pedicure for my full set. it was about 11ish am by the time i was seen for my full set, and she was taking her time, on her phone too. i had to verbally let her know that i had another appointment and if she was going to finish on time. she picked up the pace, and end result i really loved my nails. but, a week after, there was lifting of the nails which has never happened before and i used to get my nails done religiously some place else before i moved to walla walla and if i may add, i was also more active with my hands before moving here too. it’s incredibly upsetting since the whole set with pedicure was $135, seeing that she didn’t do certain procedures to prevent lifting of the acrylic. i have never left a review at a nail place, but the fact that they overbook, mandatorily have you make an appointment when they don’t even start on time, and the overall quality was just overall disappointing. i really hope they change the way they schedule and have higher work ethic when it comes to properly doing nails in a promptly manner.

Don’t bother to waste your time here! You can go ahead and make an appointment, but you’ll sit there for at least an hour before they see you and they ALWAYS put there friends and family first before you, even if you make an appointment. Not only that your nails will be crooked and missed shaped because they are more focused on other things besides you! I will NEVER return here again! I decided to go with Fancy Nails and I have loved them from the start!

Made an appointment same day within an hour of calling. Clean, friendly, customer centered environment. Great gel nail selection. In/out mani-pedi 1 hour 15 min. Great massage. Feel and look great for daughters wedding.

I called and asked if I should walk-in or make an appointment. They said it was better to make an appointment, to ensure I get my nails done. I waited at home for an hour and a half, after work, and then drove to my appointment. I get there and every seat is filled. I figure they surely MUST be finishing up, since I made my appointment… which I was assured a spot. 32 minutes later… I’m still waiting. And to top it off, one of the employees just handed me a book of nails and walked off. I assumed I had to choose one of them, which I didn’t want. So, I ended up just getting up and walking out. Not one of them said anything to me the while time. Horrible customer service. And, they need better ventilation. 32 minutes and I almost passed out from the fumes.

Happy with nails, but this my 3rd visit, each time price higher for fill, pedicure worse one ever, went back in they put lotion on my feet. Charged $110 for fill and pedicure. Now out of budget for me!

I absolutely love Anne! She is up to date on all the new trends and she treats all her clients with respect and will go above and beyond to give you exactly what it is you want! I stick with her because of how she treated me the minute I came in! The store is beautiful and everything is brand new in packages and sterilized. They open the tools on front of you so you know they are using brand new tools on every person! I will keep coming back as long as Anne is there!

I chose this place randomly, was a bit nervous, but I loved it! I got a pedicure ($28) and my male tech was very careful and gentle. Felt like a spa compared to other normal nail salons. It was busy on this particular Friday but they were kind and still gave enough time to do a great job! I was pleasantly surprised to see that many of the customers and techs were on a first-name basis – I can tell they get lots of regulars. A++!
