Lee was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend him. I came in on a Saturday morning with no appointment and I of course had no problem waiting or coming back. Luckily they had an opening and took me right away. The place looked very clean and everyone was polite. Lee was very professional, polite and made sure I was satisfied with my nails every step of the way. Go visit him if you’re looking to get your nails done. You won’t regret it!

I made an appointment (two weeks prior) with two specific nail techs. When I arrived I got passed off to some random lady for a pedicure. That’s fine maybe who I requested was sick or busy? She asked me which pedicure I wanted and I said whichever one wouldn’t ruin my nail appointment with Jenny. I understand time is money. She was nice, the massage was horrible. I remember wishing I paid for the shortest massage. The polish even worse. It must have been an old.

I have tried so hard with this place. May is the only good nail tech. I shouldn’t have to fix my nails every time I get home from the nail salon, but with this place I do. Technicians need to know the products they are working with, or they shouldn’t offer the service. Very disappointed, again, for at least the 4th time. This will be my last though.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityLove this salon! If you need a new lady who is down to earth and knows how to do excellent work MAY is the one to go to. My nails last me 3+ weeks and that’s acrylic!! She does amazingly good designs! She can do almost anything you ask! Next time you go definitely schedule with May!

Expensive but the best pedicure and leg massage ever. Nails (pink and white ombre) are nice and thin but very sharp. My pedicure chair made a lot of noise like it needed a service when using the massage feature. The decor is gorgeous.

Original review 2 stars: Quick wait for a walk-in manicure, less than 10min. However, The technician was in a rush halfway into my 10min manicure, as more clients came in. They did an okay job removing the dead cuticle, but as you can see in the images below a bit was left on the nails. They didn’t have the color that I chose on their polish swatches and there wasn’t much selection for standard polish colors. The value of what I received when not getting the bells and whistles of manicures was overpriced and disappointing.

Had an appointment for 3 pedicures and 3 no chips! I had David and he was terrible! Oh my goodness, he is so rude and not capable! Shaking uncontrollably while trying to paint my nails and toes and it was so uncomfortable for me, he was clearly sick and sniffing and rubbing his nose (hello we’re still in a pandemic), told me he couldn’t do my pink color right and I should pick a new color for the wedding! I can’t even make this stuff up! I said absolutely not and I asked for someone else because he shouldn’t even be employed! They also took my daughter who was 4 from the pedicure room to a table where I couldn’t even see her to start her manicure! Why couldn’t they wait? That is not appropriate in my opinion to be doing a young child’s nails without the parent or guardian next to the child! So expensive for terrible service and quality! Had initially liked this location a few years back and it’s gone downhill fast! Needs a total staff overhaul! Go elsewhere
