This is my new favorite nail place, Ive had acrylics for 10 years now and this is by far the best place I’ve gotten them done. My daughter in-law surprise on my birthday and took me for a pedicure , on October 7, first time at this place , we both have pedis and I choose to have a massage with honey and milk , and paraffin; the nail technician mess up my skirt with the honey , I did not notice it until I got home and feel my skin sticky and my car sit was full of honey , also after doing the paraffin treatment on my feet he did not clean them proper way and guess what ? He painted my toenails over, make wait for 20 minutes so the nail polish never dry out , I asked if we can leave and the tech said yea sure you have been here for a while , I touch one of my toenails and of course it will never be dry because you can’t use nail polish over the residue of paraffin , we have to leave because I did not know my daughter in-law and my family had a surprise party for my birthday, so she had a great idea to take me out of the house so my family have time to organize everything for a surprise party. I told him my toenails are no ready , look at my finger I have fresh nail polish , he gave me the look like it is my fault , since we have to leave this place we just asked to removed the nail polish and painted them clear , I asked if i can come back later during the weeks they said yes , my daughter in-law was very sad and feel so bad about the whole situation , here I am again today October 21/2022 giving this people a second opportunity, the customer service is not the best , this place looks nice but dirty , and another tech is going to paint my nails , let’s see what happens? Guess what he miss my little toenail really ? How do you guys want to reach a 5 start for your place , the reason I am not leaving a tip it is because the pedicure was paid and a good tip was given to the first tech on my birthday, unfortunately we are going through different changes in the society but certain things can’t change , like great customer service, good work ethic , and passion for your craft. Here I am writing this message while I wait and it has been 35 minutes waiting my toenails are dry and I have to ask the tech if I can go home . Sorry I won’t come here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got dip powder on Saturday by Sunday the tips were lifting by Tuesday I went and got them fixed but they argued with me for 30 minutes saying there was nothing wrong. Finally they fix two of them but before he was even able to fix him one of the other people in there started filing my nails which now is leading them to lift at the base of the nail. If you can help it never got here. Cause they’ll say they’ll fix the whole set but they only argue with you for two.

We just moved to the area so figured we’d try this place out. The techs were extremely rude and publicly embarrassed my fiancé who had never gotten a pedicure prior. The man doing my pedicure ground my nails down until they were paper thin and I had to ask him to stop due to the pain. My nails are still extremely sensitive and I’ll have to wait until they strengthen. I walked out with no polish on my feet- which is a first for me. This was an unfortunate first experience for my fiancé and a huge waste of money.

This was my 1st time going to this place.I would not recommend this place my nails are permanently damaged after going to them. I knew something was wrong when my finger beds kept throbbing under the acrylic. I kept telling him it was hurting me and he said I was being sensitive. Never again! Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Kevo was an excellent tech. He did a better job than a tech I’ve been with for 7 years. If you go just mention Shelly sent you! No special savings in a way but he doesn’t believe anyone reads my review. This is my new permanent nail shop.
