Critical: QualityMy appt today was for a fill with a French tip. The owner is very gentle which I appreciated, but the skill is just not there. 5 out of the 10 nails were slanted (crooked). I politely asked her to file them to straighten them out, but even after filing she couldn’t seem to get them right. One of my fingers didn’t have acrylic on the full nail bed and when I pointed it out she put a very thin layer, then drilled it away. That part hurt because it was my natural nail. The acrylic was bumpy to the touch and the French tip was so ridiculously uneven, even though it took her 1 hr. & 45 minutes to finish. Nice place, but like I said, the skill just isn’t there. My appt today was for a fill with a French tip. The owner is very gentle which I appreciated, but the skill is just not there. 5 out of the 10 nails were slanted (crooked). I politely asked her to file them to straighten them out, but even after filing she couldn’t seem to get them right. Critical: ProfessionalismWe went in for a polish change. We went early so we could pick a color but we’re rushed into finding one by the gentlemen doing the service. I was told to just pick one. Well I’m sorry but I’m having engagement pictures done and wanted just the right color. I told him don’t wash my feet because I had just had a spray tan well he started washing my feet. I tried having a friendly exchange with him but he was standoffish. I truly believe it’s because we were only getting a $20 service. The lady after us got the greatest service because she was getting her toes and nails done. We won’t be back.We went in for a polish change.
