So I’ve been here three times and I guess the third time was the charm (or not). The most recent time I’d made an appointment and came in and the reception was very weird. When paying the girl at the desk, she barely looked at me and basically rushed me off before I could even pay a tip…nice-nasty, if you know what that is. Similar to other reviewers, my polish did not last long before chipping either. Safe to say I will not be returning and it sucks to anyone else who lives nearby, but you may have to go out of your way for better service and better quality.

Decent place for nails. Staff was nice. They should have price list along with services they provide. I was so sad after getting nails done, because I waited for 20 min to dry and still came home and my nail polish was rubbed. But it’s not their fault. I will probably visit again.

A sh’t show! I made an appointment days in advance and got no call when they wanted to cancel. While I was there the employees were talking extremely rudely about customers in front of other customers!!! They told me to wait 20 minutes and I ended up eating an entire hour with my feet in the tub… I was there with a friend and her nails were completely dry before mine even got started. Over all the regular pedicure I got was okay. She missed half of my nail on more than one toe and they chipped the next day.

what’s to like with this place? they have no idea what they’re doing. Their job is wishy washy .. it’s a quick fix for costly $35 pedicure . One of the Russian ladies didn’t even push the cuticles and she didn’t even scrub my soles well and it’s still flaky afterwards . She pretended to use the nippers .. was so disappointed and frustrated with this nail salon !!!

I’m just in town for a few days for work and stopped by here for a regular mani/pedi. It was $45 which is a little steep in my opinion but the technician who worked on me was very good, attentive to every little detail, went the extra mile to put a little powder over a broken nail, gave a little massage with hot towel and even covered my toes after since I was wearing closed shoes. The pedicure massage chairs were very nice as was the overal ambience. A+ service !!

You definitely need an appointment. I tried making one online but never got a confirmation email so I would suggest calling to make one. I decided to show up for the appointment time I tried to make and ended up having to make an appointment for a couple hours later once I got there. The ladies are very nice, helpful and patient. The lady that did my pedicure was very attentive and gentle. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had.
