Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWanted to schedule an Appointment for my wife … as soon as I parked I was told I was not allowed to park in the Parking lot of Lox at 9am because “ she would be opening up soon” so I moved my vehicle and then waited for the lady who told me to move my truck to a new location to show up, left me waiting for more then 20 mins outside… plus she doesn’t even open till 930 to start with….. Went here for a color correction and I had told the stylist that I wanted my hair color to be a solid color preferably the color of my roots (dirty blonde) but a SOLID HAIR COLOR i went here & left with strawberry blonde hair and dirty blonde roots. Now I have a huge strip of my natural color separating the strawberry blonde which is no where near my natural color. When I had called to see if they could fix it, they told me I could come back and pay for the second half of my session. Like wow $120 later and I can’t even have a solid hair color. If you have the $$$ I would go to a diffaren’t salon that handles customer complaints better, the stylist aren’t as fabulous I had thought which really bums me out ):
