Melissa and the other women that run this salon are amazing. Talented, sweet, inviting, and exceptional at what they do. Melissa gave the best hair makeover to me months ago, and it was incredible. Yes, it was expensive, but worth EVERY penny. You get what you pay for. ❤

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went I. To have have my highlights brightened up and bleached more. My roots were to be done. Since covid and noone open my hair had become very brassy and roots very dark and very gray. Which I’m sure anyone who bleaches or highlights surely understand. I had been going to one particular hairstylist for a few years and the day I went was her very last due to moving to southern Utah. She always and I mean always ga e the best cuts and she is amazing at color. However, this trip wasnt the best. I believe the bleach wasnt on long enough amd for sure the toner only sat for approximately 10 to 13 min. I was on my phone amd noticed timing. Especially since it was done so fast I asked her about it. She said it would be fine. I wasnt the happiest leaving but figured I dont see real well in their salon and lighting in the cor er isnt the best and I felt compelled to hurry along since she had someone waiting. In my arrival at home. My daughters first question was, went tou suppose to get your hair done which the responses I usually get are wow. As I checked ot out I was very orange in my bangs and the back and my roots were still extremely gray. I understand that we are human amd mistakes happen. Normally you can call your hair dresser within reasonable time and she would definitely fix it. I figured she had moved and what was she to do. Please note at this time i am not angry at all its fixable right!!!! Couple dollars worth of toner and 30 min. I could not get anyone to respond on the phone which is the norm. I finally got to the owner Melissa and was completly floored and shocked by her response. They dont answer phone bc its normally just new clients established clients call stylist direct. Please note again that the owner would not answer phone but felt that it was professional enough to text! Wow! Iam a past business owner 15 years and would have expected never to hear from that client She immediately jumped to defense and threw the stylist under the bus. Again wow this stylist is very professional and loyal to her shop. Never once in 5 years had I heard her say anything negative regarding her co workers or owners. Melissa sure showed that was a one way road. She went on to tell me that she isnt responsible for her stylist that they are both rentals only and no money goes to shop from clients. She asked me to send pics. Not stop by amd let me see but pics to pass on yo another stylist. She was stunned and if I could post the pics I would. Again passing the buck continously. She went on to tell me by the end of the day she would have this resolved. I tried to call her again and again to just talk instead of texting. She called me the first time only bc she thought I was a client or trying to reach a stylist. When she discovered it was something different she went to texting. I did receive 3 stylist name and a phone number. For me to call and set up. I asked her when I do this are they going to re tone my hair to help the gray blend and get the orange out. If I could post her responses and her way of handling a issue in her salon I would because I feel that it would be shocking. Melissa’s response was no payment goes to each individual and I would have to take care of this. This is when I became a little disturbed. As a business owner I understand that the stylist are 1099. But this is her brand her shop her name. I was put back by her ability to push the buck. I dont think she still gets what I was really looking for. Instead of just saying I’m sorry this happened and it is unusual for this hair dresser and this is out of the norm but let’s get it right. No she continued to tell me that she had other complaints from that day on the same person amd that it can be hard to approach her because sometimes my stylist is temperamental which is why I love her. She tells the truth and wont give you a cut that looks ridiculous on you. I then recieved a text from my stylist apologizing. What was she to do 300 miles away. Tuesday I had the unfortunate event of having an appt w Dani. First glance her appearance is negative. 2 hours later my hair is a mess. Save yourself. She is very defensive & inexperienced. Narcissistic personality. She belong back in school or at Supercuts. I had called for an appt. $420 later my hair has now been cut off to grow. Appearance is everything people. Hers told me I should have walked out.
