This was my first time in the salon. I called 2 weeks ahead and scheduled highlights and a cut. I requested a specific hair stylist who was only doing short haircuts, unfortunately she did not do highlights, so I had to book with another stylist.

I’m in total Awe of this salon. (Even the local art on the walls that is for sale). From the moment you enter they welcome you with warm happy spirits. I had the pleasure of being a client of Autumn’s. Her warm friendly demeanor and great conversation made it worth the trip. Her consultation was thorough and input was great! I have long hair down to my waist and came in for 2 inches off the bottom and layers . I noticed my layers don’t blend in and look choppy. Also, some of my layers are uneven. ): For the price I paid, $90 + tip, I really expected the best haircut of my life but I have had better haircuts at half the price.

5 stars, even though the booking was a little tricky. They’ll have you book an appointment length along with your service. It’s hard to know how long my hair takes to cut. It also wasn’t clear if I needed to also book on A shampoo and style in addition to my cut, or if that was included in a standard appointment. Regardless, I had a great visit, was offered wine, and got a great cut. The hair wash and style were included in the hour appt, btw.

The lady who did my lashes was very sweet, but they fell off within 5 days. I reached out asking for a refund, they offered to rebook claimimg they don’t give refunds. I didn’t want the same exact issue to happen, I asked if I could swap it with a different service but all they offered was a lash tint and lift or a massage. I ended up going back to my original lash lady.

Went there once a while back very very over priced for things I’ve found other salons do a great job for way less. I liked the products they sell so I continued going back to buy the product and everytime I go to buy my product the staff is in a bad mood and very rude if you have questions. I have found the product on Amazon for cheaper so definitely not going back.
