Called ahead because it was my first time at this nail salon. They told me one price over the phone then slipped in their own $15 tip at the end. And I know they slipped it in because they didn’t even ASK for a tip which has never happened to me at a salon before. My manicure is decent enough but the technician did a poor, half hearted job on my pedicure and chatted with his colleague the entire time during my manicure. Would not recommend or go back.

This afternoon I experience the absolute worse experience. I had an appt at 5 pm (it was pouring) I made it at 5:15 pm. Nina then states your appointment is at 5:30, I replied ok. My Husband I waited with no issue. I sit down start my nails, mid process Nina calls another customer. I said what about my Husband she then replies I mad a mistake you are late. Been in here twice to do my nails. First time they were so rude..asked if I had an apt I said no…but was so rude and abrasive about telling me to come back another day. Decided to give them another chance…yeah no..they’re rude as hell. Especially the guy who sits at the front..he did my pedicure and while trying to tell him what I wanted he just totally blows me off and had the most attitude. Will never go back!

The worst place to go especially with Lee. He doesn’t know how to paint nails, it’s already the third time that he leaves my nails uneven and he gets upset and treats you rude if you say something to him. definitely don’t waste your money, do a better research.

I have been coming to this salon since it opened! The salon is incredibly clean, no chemicals smell. The pedi tubs are exceptional . The atmosphere is relaxing with soft music in the background, and lots of services to choose from. The space is calm and friendly making you feel Relax. The polish choices , technicians , and price are the best in Town. The quality is fantastic. My daughter feels spoiled . I am always satisfied. Truly Recommended. Absolutely love this place!

Was having a girls day with my sister and nieces and went to Lox Nails to get pedicures. When we went in we told them we need 4 pedicures and the owner just flat out told us No yeah No without any explanation and refused to service us. He was so rude didn’t apologize or anything. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Will not be going back and I highly recommend that no one goes there either.

Absolutely the best, I’m very picky about how my nails are done and after my first visit I never went any place else again. Quality and technique is on point, also very accommodating. I’m able to call in an appointment and be taken in same day nearly every time. Everyone working there is very sweet and they know me by name as I walk and each visit. Highly recommended!
