Had a great experience at the Lox. All the stylists are friendly and make you feel comfortable. It is like having a day out with the girls, even though you don’t know them. The flowing conversation makes a long process enjoyable. I showed a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that. I needed my gray hairs covered, but also wanted a touch of blonde. It came out great, got a trim as well and my blowout looks and smells great! Highly recommend. I went with Eliana, but would trust any of them with my hair ❤️

I came to color my hair with Nicole. She gave me a consultation and showed me the picture of what the color will be like. I came in wanting to be blonde, but left the salon having the same hair color as before. Nicole didn’t even color half of my hair. She just highlighted several strands of it. She has a snappy attitude and makes you feel uncomfortable. Don’t be fooled by a “reasonable” price because you will end up paying for nothing.

I was so looking , forward to my haircut and its so sad that it went so wrong, I truly hate leaving negative reviews , but when after haircut I look like I have no hair at all and I cannot stop crying , I have to leave a honest review. My daughter , on another hand had a decent hair cut today , with another hairstylist , but the hairdresser spoke with the other stylist , and her client, all the time and paid 0 attention to my 11 year old, plus she was using some inappropriate words in front of her , when describing her old boss in the conversation.

This was my first time there so I was a little nervous, but I had the best experience. The salon itself is beautiful and my makeup artist, Anna, was so sweet and very talented. My friend referred me to this salon and I went for the first time. The salon is very clean and has a rustic glam vibe. My hair stylest was Anna. She listened to what I wanted and got the job done. She was super sweet and gentle on my hair. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be back.

Eliana is amazing! She cuts my hair from long to short and helps me donate my hair for wigs for kids. She is very nice, helpful and compassionate. This is my first time having a short hair and I love it! I came all the way from Staten Island and I would go back again. Haircut

I come to Lox for my color because of all the salons in the area, their color is very reasonably priced and the girls know how to work with color well. I went to Nichole. She did a single process and highlights and the color came out amazing. It was super crazy for me but it was exactly what I asked for. I have gotten nothing but compliments on it since I got it done last week. I have been recommending them to everyone, including my mother who lives in Forked River but needs somewhere to go, especially for her cuts because the last place she went to in cranford did a horrible job. I should probably stop recommending them so that I can get an appointment when I need to, but I want to see them do well and stay in business a long time. All the girls there are super sweet and friendly and can keep a conversation going so much so that it makes the time go by quickly. I plan to move out of linden in the near future but I will still be coming here for color. The owner is a very nice woman and good with hair as well. They all deserve 5 stars.
