Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAt first, I was ensure about the price for the cut…. but that was because I came from Great Clips and paid 15 for a “cut”. The barbers here excel in quality and put their best work with every cut. Marquis, my barber, works very hard and very detailed to ensure my cut is perfect. If there is something I don’t like, he will fix it up for me u til i am satisfied…. the way business should be. Well worth the money. In addition, the atmosphere is what you want in a barber shop. At first, I was ensure about the price for the cut…. but that was because I came from Great Clips and paid 15 for a “cut”. The barbers here excel in quality and put their best work with every cut. He is as professional as they come and takes his work seriously. Recently, my son started to get his hair cut by Marquis who is equally as skilled as the owner. While we have never been serviced by the other barbers at Lox, they all appear to have the same dedication as the rest of their team. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is friendly as well as comfortable. My husband and children have been seeing Rupert, the owner, at Lox since it opened. He is as professional as they come and takes his work seriously. Recently, my son started to get his hair cut by Marquis who is equally as skilled as the owner.
