It was my first time coming here and i love it! I felt super comfortable and they were SUPER CLEAN! I had a shellac manicure and pedicure they were amazing, just like baby skin. Affordable prices and nice crew. I will definitely come back.

My sister and I went to lowell nail and spa on nye to have my nais done. It was an amazing experience after multiple bad experiences at other nail places. The nail tech I had joked with me aswell as listened to what I wanted. I waited a week to post a review to see how the nails were holding up. I can report not one loose nail, polish is holding up great. That says a lot I work in automotive so my nails take a beating. We will be making this our go to nail place from here on out.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. I get a pedicure and French Manicure dip done on my nails. Tina is wonderful, always super friendly and helpful. She is very detailed oriented, and makes my nails beautiful. I highly recommend going to Lowell Nails and Spa.

I normally go to a different salon, but I decided to try this place out. I’m glad I did; she did an awesome job! The only “complaint” I have is the price, which was a little higher than the other salons I usually go to. I feel like the price was a bit high, but I’ll most likely come back because they look great.

I had given this business 5 stars a year ago. I have been coming here on and off for around 4 years. I had a baby and took some time off of doing my nails. I walked in the salon this morning for my appointment and asked the lady behind the counter who my appointment was with. Her response was “Did you schedule with somebody? Then they will be doing your nails. They will be here.” I told her I came in and scheduled with the lady that usually does my nails and I didn’t remember her name. All I wanted was her name because it had been a while. We went into a screaming match in front in my 2 year old and I was told I was in a bad mood or something. I kept telling her all I wanted was the name of the person that I was scheduled with. She said I should leave and I told her I had NO problem doing that, but she needed to quit screaming at me in front of my child. I will NEVER come back. Customer service was garbage and I will not tolerate rude people.
