I came here last Thursday when I couldn’t get in at the salon I usually use. The ladies are incredibly nice and the pedicure was great. I was absolutely exhausted and was in a hurry to pack so I didnt extensively look at my nails until the next day. When i did i noticed there was a heavy gap between my cuticle and the nail on practically every single one. It looks like i got them done 2 weeks ago. My middle finger has the biggest gap and its misshapen. Then the gel on my thumb bubbled up and tore which has never happened to me before. I usually do dip but just let the solar happen this time cause i wasnt actually asked so I didnt think about it. I wont make that mistake again on my part. I really liked the ladies there and it was refreshing to see cute animals on the tv and not HGTV like the majority of places. I just wish my nails looked like they were worth the $120 i spent.

I am usually not one to try new nail places but I moved to Belton for college and needed a place to get my nails done. This place had amazing reviews and they were spot on. I asked them for their earliest appointment (last minute) and they said the could fit me in at 6:30 and they actually called and were able to move me up to 5:00 which was great! They started with my pedicure and were very thorough about everything and making sure I was comfortable. Trish did my pedicure nails and she was amazing! Again she was very thorough with my manicure and made sure I was happy with the shape, color, length etc. the whole way through. I 10/10 recommend Love’s Nails and Spa and I will be returning very soon!

I was not able to use this business because when my mother, sister and myself walked through the door, immediately we were told “we are busy and do not have time to do your pedicure”…..We were never even greeted. We immediately turned around and left. I have never been in such a rude nail establishment as this one. In town visiting, first time there and it will be the last. We googled another place called Organic Spa, they are awesome…greeted as soon as we came in the door and very friendly!!! (Definitely will give them a 5 star rating)

I have been going there for 5 years and Jennifer did my nails. Never a problem then Jennifer left and Song did them. I kept telling Song my thumb nail was not looking good and she had left a gap on side. Also I always said please cut them shorter and trying in a nice way so she could get them to look like when Jennifer did then. It’s like getting a haircut and the person leaves that you have gone to a long time you have to give the new person a chance. I got phone call from Trish and she told me Song didnt want to do my nails anymore because I was difficult. I went to doctor he took off the powder nail and I was shocked. Doctor said he has never seen such a fungus and asked why the nail on the side of thumb (that I told them about) was not covered because water and dirt could get in it. Trish and Song both said it was fine that day. I saw doctor the following week. Trish wanted me to come in but after she was yelling in her shop to me on the phone I decided to go the doctor. Glad I did. Be aware they do not care. They just care about rushing to get more in
