My mom sent me and my niece here for a break as we plan my dads funeral. I made a simple request on filing natural nails and it insulted the mail guy (owner I think). He got offended so I apologized and then he decided he was refusing to do my nails. I believe I should be able to make a request and I was nice about it and even apologized but he was rude and had no compassion. And the pedicure wasn’t good either. She spent about 15 minutes on the whole thing – no real massage.

Update : Went back. Completely different experience. Asked for the full nail to be painted (top and sides) and also asked for a nail to be shaped differently. Was asked not to come back for these two things! Someone else has scheduled an appt and had decided not to come and he was very verbally upset and said some disrespectful things about them when they hung up. Won’t be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never posted a bad review of a business before, ever. I left my HS daughter to get her nails done and he treated her terrible. Griping at her about her color and that she asked him to cut the nails down shorter too many times. They painted her toes and did a terrible job. She asked for french tip manicure with the shimmer to match her nails. They left her old red polish around the edges of all her toes. Painted the french manicure and topped it with a totally different polish that didn’t match her nails at all. This was for prom so I took her back in the next day to get my toes done and asked them to redo her toes. They said yes and did a much better job but then charged me to redo what they should’ve done better the day before. Very disappointed, we will not return. I have never posted a bad review of a business before, ever. I left my HS daughter to get her nails done and he treated her terrible. People were very kind and the price was great, so I decided to give it a try. I’m sorry if it was just an off day, but literally worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. My nails were uneven, bumpy, and looked like an amateur did them. I also got the honor of sporting a giant wound on my ring finger for a week where the lady cut me with the file bit. I hate giving bad reviews but I don’t want others to waste money like I did to get a horrible set of nails.
