I have been going to Thoa for years now. Not only that, I’ve recommended Thoa to all my friends and family and she has been cut/coloring their hair with her for years now too. She is friendly and professional, keeping up with the most current colors and techniques, and investing in the best hair color on the market. She also has an impressive ability to match your cut/color with your personality and age (she’s been cut/coloring my hair through my 20s, and she does my mom’s hair too!). I would highly recommend Lovely’s Salon!

The stylist is very friendly. I got a haircut for $30 which is pretty average price around Garden Grove. This place is cash only. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t wash my hair first or styled it after the cut.
