Wish i could do no stars. Do not go here. The woman don’t know what alomond shaped nails, expect you to deal with how they do your nails not the qay u want them, like they paying for it and gotta walk around with them. I went for short almond shaped extension on my nails with no color or designs. They got mad bc i complained that the nails were long stilleto nails and the acrylic wasn’t covering my whole nail bed and didn’t wanna fix them, saying I didn’t say i wanted short. Said i was crazy and i need to pay $55 for the long nails.

My friend had recommended to them!! I walked in there after calling to see if I had to make an appointment and I didn’t. The lady that was doing the check-in greeted me with a smile and told me to go towards the back for my pedicure. I had Rosa on my foot and she was very good, she took her time and even helped me pick out the color. GREAT JOB LOVELY NAILS!! I will be back for another pedicure and my eyebrows service!!

Definitely cannot recommend. Went in to get a manicure, after beginning she said it would 5 extra dollars to do a round shape rather than square. I told her then I’d just do square at the regular price. She then said she wouldn’t do my manicure at all… I was shocked. Couldn’t have been a worse experience.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTwo weeks ago I came in to get eyelash clusters installed. I experienced some slight burning sensations while the tech was installing the clusters, but they subsided before the appointment was over. During the past 2 weeks I noticed the glue collected some of my eye make-up (mostly concealer) on the top and bottom of my lashes. Today I came in to get the lashes removed and a new set put on. The process was lasting longer than anticipated and was very uncomfortable. The tech kept commenting that the other tech put way too much glue. At times, I told her it felt like she was pulling on my real lashes, but she insisted she wasn’t. After finally removing the lashes she tried to immediately start to install new lashes but I told her I wanted to see my lashes. I was devastated! She pulled out a significant amount of my natural lashes, especially on my right eye. The employees refused to give my the contact information for the owner and then one employee tried to pretend she was the owner.
