I had such a great experience at this salon! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Brad made sure to walk me through the whole process before we began, and made sure to listen and understand exactly what I wanted done with my hair. He also incorporated his own style within my wants, and our ideas blended perfectly! Brad and the other employees at the salon made me feel so comfortable and confident in my new haircut. I left the salon feeling SO happy! 12/10 recommend. 🙂

I always love getting my hair cut at Lovely with Tina! The space is clean, smells good, and everyone is friendly. These days its hard to get exceptional customer service, so it’s a treat to walk in to Lovely and be acknowledged and greeted! And Tina is amazing. This was my first time at Lovely so I didn’t know what to expect. I was blown away and so glad I made this choice! From the time I arrived until the time I left I felt well cared for and appreciated. My appointment with Shay was so great – I don’t even have words to explain how glad I am that I chose her for my first ever massage. I happily re-booked. Reception staff were a delight, and seeing my name on the sign as I walked in was such an unexpected special touch. This was money well spent, and I really commend your team.

Going to Lovely is something I look forward to because I know it’s going to be a pleasant experience every single time, from the first interaction at the front desk through… well, I guess the final interaction at the front desk before I leave. But the environment is pleasant, the music is good (especially good recently), you get a compliment from the Hailee nuclear reactor of positive energy, and so on.

Astacia was outstanding and went above and beyond to give me a spa-like experience. She’s super friendly, listened, and gave me the best color I’ve ever had that looks just like the image I showed her as inspiration. She even found time for me to get the wax I asked for (same day). I highly recommend and will be back to work with her for all future appointments!
