Critical: Quality, ValueI just did my mani and pedi and the pedi was ridiculous. This was by far the fastest I’ve ever had a pedi that I finished first way before the lady who was already started way before me. She was already there when I came and yet I finished first. I paid for the extra stuff they have, $40 for the extra scrub they were offering or something to make heel better. Didn’t see her used anything different besides this other lotion where she just used so little of it. She barely scrub my feet. The worst place I’ve ever experienced. I don’t even spend time leaving reviews but I had too. If only I could put zero. Told the guy who did my mani, he is okay, that this is the fastest pedicure ever, and she told the lady and they all spoke to each other in Vietnamese. I just did my mani and pedi and the pedi was ridiculous. This was by far the fastest I’ve ever had a pedi that I finished first way before the lady who was already started way before me. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe gentleman that did my pedicure did a great job. The lady that took over to do my manicure did a horrble job. She was answering the phone, welcoming new customers and getting them ready for service then back to continue with my nails. No change of gloves in between customers during a pandemic? The gentleman that did my pedicure did a great job. The lady that took over to do my manicure did a horrble job. She was answering the phone, welcoming new customers and getting them ready for service then back to continue with my nails. No change of gloves in between customers during a pandemic? I am definitely not going back there again.

Then she grabbed the colors I had and told me that she needed to grab the same colors from the back because they were running low and instead went to put water in them. Then she would very messily put the nail polish on the would take off her glove and use her own nails which had a bunch dirt and stuff in it to scrap out nail polish that got on my skin. The lady was also very unprofessional because everytime she would go in the back I could see her pointing at me talking in her native tongue with some other person laughing almost as if she was making fun of me which made me feel uncomfortable. She never changed gloves from the last person then while she was clipping my nails made them so short I started to bleed. Then she grabbed the colors I had and told me that she needed to grab the same colors from the back because they were running low and instead went to put water in them.
