I’ve been going here for years, but most regularly in the last year for acrylics. I always see Nina for fills, and she’s great! (My mom has seen her for 10+ years!) Very meticulous and thorough. I’ve seen a lot of positive improvements since she’s taken ownership, and her team is kind and welcoming. Always busy, which is a great problem to have – and speaks volumes. I always call ahead of time for an appointment.

Since Lovely Nails in Newberg, OR has been under the current ownership, the quality of the salon has sky-rocketed, and the employees all seem happy and willing to do the work to continue building the success of the salon. For my husband and me, this has become one of our regular rotations for our “date days”. After a demanding work week, the humor, professionalism, and absolute pampering we experience during our time in their fabulous massage chairs and in the hands of their skilled technicians, melt the difficulties of daily life away. Mani/Pedi’s offer a wide variety of treatments and ALWAYS those fabulous foot and hand massages. My hands and feet always look and feel fantastic when we’re done. Every 10 days or so, I like to stop in to freshen up my manicure, as my job puts a lot of stress on my hands. I look forward to trying one of their facials and other services they’ve added. As much as I love the quality and attentiveness they always deliver, my “manly-man” husband is COMPLETELY enamored with our salon days! Kudos to the new and improved Lovely Nails for understanding that there are no limits to how far customer service can take them!

It was my first time visiting this salon and I will definitely be back for all of my future pedicures! They were very efficient and kind and offered a whole menu of drink options. My nails look great and have lasted for longer than past pedicures. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a good salon! (They also gave me a Christmas gift as I left which was very sweet). Their service was amazing and even though they were busy they were able to attend to everyone in a timely manner!

I’ve been getting pedicures and manicures at lovely nails for many years. I was reluctant to get a gel manicure, because they never lasted very long. Nina talked me into doing gel with her 1 time and it was the best experience! Every time my gel manicure lasts 17 days before it even begins to lift a little! And it helps that she is super fun to visit with! I never regret the money I spend there!

Critical: QualityI ended up paying $102 for a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure I chose was the $30 plus $15 for the gel and $2 for the filer and everything else they use. My pedicure probably lasted 15 minutes including the painting. I told her what color I wanted she then said the color was too light I told her it was ok then she proceeded to complain about it then tell me they were out of the color without even going to look for it. I then went to get my nails. Long story short some nails are longer than others, it’s very lumpy, and it doesn’t cover the full nail. When I went to pay I had in mind that I was going to pay $92 $47 for pedicure and $45 for manicure. It wasn’t until I went to pay that She then proceeds to tell me that she is adding $10 because of the shape I chose, which was coffin. If I knew she was adding $10 for the shape of my nail I would’ve chose another shape. Very bad service from a specific lady, wish I would’ve gotten her name. I have been coming here for a few years now! But the new owner is amazing! She really cares and listens to what you want done and she never disappoints. Everyone is so kind at this place and you feel so welcomed. They start to say hello by your first name and it’s a generous and sweet group of people who work here. I wouldn’t ho anywhere else. So make sure to stop by and check it out because you won’t be disappointed!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming to their customers and they will accommodate all whether they are busy with other people, but you may have to wait for them to finish their clients, but I know that if you go into any other place you will have to wait unless you have made an appointment ahead of time. I know for sure I have had to wait for a few minutes any place I have ever gone for a nail appointment, so if you aren’t willing to wait and have patience than don’t go to do your nails and stay at home and do your own because nobody wants to listen to any bodies drama. These ladies are way too busy with other people and just are trying to make a living.
