I have been going to Lovely Nails for over 10 years. I have had Mai doing shellac and nail art for all 10 years!! All of the ladies are amazing and friendly!! The shop and always clean and professional ran. My entire family goes there and I have had several friends see my nails and I recommend them to the shop and now they have been going there for years.

I’ve been a customer for years and have generally been pleased with the experience – not today. Went in for mani/pedi and informed the girl I was in a hurry. After nails were polished I asked to use one of the machines that dry your nails. I was told they no longer use these. Unacceptable. I’ll find a salon that does Manicure, Nail cut & filing, Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismSo to up date my last review about husband and I getting pedicures and the $7.00 stamped card wasn’t applied. I did call Tina, Owner/Manager to confirm I was coming in. She met me in the parking lot and offered me a gift card. I asked her if she would just give me the $7.00 cash back. “I do your nails $10.00 off next time”I told her I did not want my nails done.She would not give me a refund. I walked away and she followed me to my car wanting me to accept any service she offered but not cash back.This is the very same lady that told me “The manager has to be in to give a refund” the day I went back.After she offered me everything except my $7.00 back I let her know she lied to my face about the manager has to be in. She IS the owner / manager. There is absolutely no language barrier, she completely understood that she forgot to give me credit for the 7 times I had a service and the complete stamped card.
