My friends and I have been going here for months and have never had any issues at all. Some techs may be more skilled in different areas, but my nails still always come out great!! I usually go right after work and almost never wait long, or at all. They always make me feel welcome and are very friendly to me. This place overcharges. I had to pay 45 dollars for a FILL-IN! No cut down, no design, just a plain ole fill-in. They recently hired these young kids that have 0 experience and who does an awful job. I literally heard the owner tell a customer “if you don’t like it go somewhere else”. The only Gem at this location is “Tien” she’s amazing! She does excellent work, she’s super friendly and she knows her stuff!! If it was not for her I’d give this place 0 stars.

Nails techs are friendly and always do a great job. The shaping of my nails always come out perfect. My favorite place to go for eyebrow waxing! My only complaint would be that it could be a little cleaner but I have not gone in since before covid.

I got a full gel set and a pedicure for $45. Both turned out nice. The shop was clean, but nothing fancy. I wanted to get a design with rhinestones or foil or metallic tape but the tech said he didn’t have any of that.?????? He said he could do art but had no pictures of what he can do so I ended up just leaving them plain.

My pedicure was normal. The tech could of done a better job on my nail polish. The entire facility was very strong in fumes. It doesn’t seem like they have proper ventilation in the building. It was a nice day they could at least had the door open to let the fumes out. I was very happy wearing my mask I wish I could award glasses as well.
