This is not an edit I was wanting to do but here we are. The last three times I was in an older woman did my fill in and a man did the prep. And he tore up my cuticles. Rather than apologize and do better he giggled and kept on doing it. Tina was not there on these three occasions so this is nothing against her and her work, rather these two and their lack of skill. Him for causing such injury that they still haven’t healed after nearly two months and her for having uneven and sloppy work.

Never going there again… Got my nails done 8-19-22. The lady I had was rude from the start. She did not do the shape or length that I wanted. Asked her multiple times to cut them shorter and still did not. She made a big deal that I asked her and got snappy with me. There was glue all over my fingers that I had to pick off myself later because she refused to fix them! She even cut my skin a few times. My thumb nail had a huge air bubble and later pealed off and left a hole in my nail! Probably the worst 70$ I’ve spent in a long time. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, if that’s what you wish to call it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Took my 2 siblings (ages 11 & 13) here to have their nails done for Christmas. Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever seen in a nail salon. One of them wanted blue french tips, and when the staff member started applying white gel color, we told her she actually asked for blue and she snapped at us saying, “she’s going to finish the white nails.” My other sibling asked repeatedly for a different shape acrylic nail and was ignored. We are now leaving with what we didn’t ask for. Overall, the nail ladies were extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend coming here.

Did a great job with my Manicure and the pedicure was THE MOST AMAZING experience, with ANY nail salon, in my life. I was COMPLETELY pampered…. Much needed and will DEFINITELY be going back.

Worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. The lady who did my nails did not get them to be the shape I picked out. While filing my cuticle she cut my skin multiple times and made me bleed. Then while doing a clear coat, I noticed a hair in it. I told her there was a problem and she hushed me because she was on the phone. I tried to tell her a second time and she raised her voice. After she was finished I showed her the hair under the nail. She told me to get over it and then charged me $10 more than what the price is on the menu. She then proceeded to complain to her coworkers about me pointing out her mistake. If there was a negative star option, I would’ve picked the lowest option.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy mother and I came here to get our nails done. She wanted dip and I wanted acrylics…. We came in right when they opened and were the only two here. The salon was not super clean. One of the workers put my moms hands in the acetone and then left and went to go get groceries! That worker came back and took a nap on the couch in the front waiting area. My nails were completely finished by the time someone came in and started working on my moms nails. Not to mention my mom asked for dip and the lady put on acrylic! My mom felt pressured to do acrylic and it was like they didn’t give her a choice. They talked her in to many things that she did not want.The lady who worked on my nails completely destroyed my pink finger. She tried to cut my nail when it was already short and cut through my skin. I was bleeding everywhere and she asked “why does your skin do that?” Then she panicked when I said that she completely cut the end of my skin off. She wouldn’t let me get up and wash my hands. It was like she was afraid I was going to leave. This was my first and last time visiting here. My mother and I came here to get our nails done. She wanted dip and I wanted acrylics…. We came in right when they opened and were the only two here. The salon was not super clean. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Tina didn’t even touch the cuticles. Pedicure was OK, but the guy doing it seemed very new, and he trimmed toe nails a bit far. Won’t be going back to this place. Luckily there are other options in this town.

First time ever going to this nail salon and I’m not sure I will be back. It was myself and a colleague. Although I did not wait long, my colleague just sat for almost the whole entirety of me getting my nails done. We were the only two people in the place with 3 employees. When an employee decided to help NO MASK was worn. They preceded to paint the nails and cough into open air. My colleague beside me was to get a manicure so that included soaking of the hands and lotion. The same thing I payed for and she received neither. Paying and not receiving all that is expected is aggravating. I myself did not have to bad of an experience but I pay attention to how other customers are treated and what they receive.

Even after telling them wet wanted mani and pedi and wrote it on the paper they did or pedicure then waited on other customers. I thought maybe just one person was doing fingernails but after 30 minutes when they started helping other people that came in after us I said we wanted our nails done too they just came to where we were sitting and painted our nails and that’s it. I’ve been there before and never had these issues but I will not be back.
