So let’s start off by saying that they are so nice here and they really want to do what you ask ! As I do like my nails . I just can’t help but notice the little things . My mom was a nail tech for 15 years and maybe my expectations are just to high from that . They did great with the design but there was no cleaning of the cuticles or pushing them back before starting. Some are crooked also. The files and drill bits were very dirty as I assume they dont sanitize them in between customers. The price was $77. I know it’s in Hudson but that is just alot for what I got. Alot of other places would have charged about $60. I came here only because I couldn’t get in somewhere else at that time. I do thank you guys for being so kind ! Also you can’t tip on card! Only cash and venmo or zelle. Again I do like my nails but I just notice the details and for that reason I won’t be back.

I have been a loyal customer here for years, but they are under new ownership and the quality has definitely gone down hill. My manicure was very low quality & I definitely won’t be back. The nail tech was very kind but the drill did not look sanitized and the paint job is uneven. Lovely Nails used to be great, but I would not recommend this place anymore.

Everyone at Lovely Nails is professional and the facility is very clean. Paul and Milan fixed my nails quickly and efficiently. Very reasonably priced pedicure, friendly staff, and good quality nails. The nail technician was very competent and quick. Didn’t take too long to do a French manicure. Salon seemed fairly clean and the atmosphere was nice.

I had to wait a few days to cool off before posting a review. It was that bad. My friend got a mani and I got a pedi. The interior of the shop was ok, so I didn’t think I’d have a bad experience. Firstly, like you’d see in most spas, there weren’t any tools being sanitized in view, which worried me a bit, but ya never know. Maybe it was in the back? Once the pedi started, It was truly the slowest and lowest amount of effort I’ve ever seen from someone giving a pedicure. He had to first take my gel off, which took longer than the whole dang pedicure should’ve even taken. This man kept getting getting distracted by something and looking around. I had no clue what was happening and just tried to relax. My friend waited 30 minutes for someone to come back to her once they put the foils on her nails to remove old dip. She eventually just took it all off herself and someone finally tended to her. The massage seats didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge deal, as that happens and I’m sure it’s expensive to fix, but I’ll still add it here. The tools were so so cheap. The file was flimsy and really didn’t do anything. The nail cutters her just ones I have in my own home. The “grater” part of the pedi was extremely low effort and barely did anything. I finally asked to please just finish and not put gel on (which is not like me at all and stressed me out beyond belief to even ask, but it took THAT long) but they INSISTED I stay and get it done by someone very fast. I will say she did a very quick job, but it was uncomfortable and I wish I would have just been persistent in leaving. I’ll also note that someone else left just before my pedi started bc they had been sitting for so long, so I’m sure they didn’t want to miss out on more money for the same reason. They charged me nearly $70 for that. I pay less at Anthony Vince where I normally go and it’s 100x better overall. Insane that this is still open, I’ve learned my lesson I’ll never be back.

I have been going to lovely nails since I was in high school and have always loved their service. Ever since they got new owners, their costumer service has declined tremendously. I always went to the same nail tech for 3 years there and then I left for college and when I came back they had new owners. I called to make an appointment with my regular tech, Taylor. The new owner told me that Taylor only works on Wednesdays. She told me this 4 times. I called on a Wednesday and the lady on the phone told me that Taylor doesn’t even work there anymore and hasn’t worked there for months. So they were just telling me she is working on Wednesdays to keep me coming in…
