I’ve been going for weeks for gel manicure and pedicure. Usually a good job. Today, I had a tech I haven’t had previously. My nails are very sloppy. Some nails square, like I requested, some cut so much they look pointy. Polish all over my cuticles and fingers. Polish on the nail is sloppy. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied. I’ll be looking for a new nail salon.

I went to them today hoping to the nails with the gems and got the ones without. The nail with the design was repainted in different colors 3 times. I have acrylic left on my finger on the inside the paint on weird parts of my fingers like it was stained and I was movie to multiple people several times. When sitting down my nail artist informed me that I waited so long because no one wanted to do acrylic nails. At the start he prices my sisters nails for over $100 and the second he walked away my first artist informed me that what he said wasn’t true. Personally I will not be going back. And thank you to the one lady who informed me that the price wasn’t actually all that. Still wasn’t quite worth any of the money or the wait it took even with an appointment set up.

I like this nail shop however the ower(wife) can be very pushy. She kept trying to make me get SNS instead of gel polish. She charged me $5 extra to trim my cuticles which is usually part of a manicure. Cut too deep almost made me bleed on 3 fingers.

Critical: QualityThis is usually the spot I try to visit hoping for something good, but I’m disappointed every time. I went on New Year’s Eve recently. I got my nails done and they are horrible it’s only been 3 days and my thumb nail has broken off and the glitter chrome i asked for is chipping and it was overall done horribly, i had an older lady who I haven’t seen before do nails so that’s probably why. I thought they were cute until I walked in direct sunlight and realized the painting was terribly ugly, and I was charged to much for a terrible job. This is a good place for everything but a manicure. This is usually the spot I try to visit hoping for something good, but I’m disappointed every time. I went on New Year’s Eve recently. It is my go to place when I’m home visiting. However, lately I’ve been disappointed. Tom is great with the eyebrows. Julie use to be nicer. Even though I’ve personally never had a problem with her. I noticed on different occasions they often make you wait when others can come right in and receive service. There is one tech there that said to me once I need to hurry and make up my mind. The experience there has definitely changed from that nice friendly and professional environment I once remembered.

I’m from out of town and stopped here while shopping at the outlet mall. I needed my nails done for a trip I’m going on and today was the only day I could go. When I walked in, I was not impressed by the lack of cleanliness in the place. Also, no one asked me to wash my hands beforehand like every other place I’ve been to. The girl who ended up doing my nails was clearly interested in up charging me anywhere she could and was pretty pushy about it. I declined the upcharges anyway. I was in and out fairly quickly, which I appreciated since my husband and daughter were waiting on me. But tonight when I got home, I discovered one of the nails already chipped!! Would not recommend this place at all.
