Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in there today with high expectations. Although I did not read any reviews the place looked really nice so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was instantly treated with pure disrespect and rudeness. I than asked if they could do a certain type of nail for me and they assured they could do it with out a problem within minutes of starting they said they couldn’t do it. At this point I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and told them to do it however they thought it would work best. As we were finishing up she said something in another language and starts laughing and all the workers started looking at my nails and laughed than a worker asked if I was sure I liked them while laughing. Than I decided to be honest and told her that I did not like the way she did my nails. I kindly told her I wanted them fixed and she gave me an attitude and said I was wasting her time. ( the star design on each nail looked like a 2 year old did it like come on ) The whole time she was “fixing” my nails all the workers were talking in a different language and rolling their eyes at me they made it very obvious they were talking about me. I talked to the manger(Cindy) and she did not care at all. I went in there today with high expectations. Although I did not read any reviews the place looked really nice so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was instantly treated with pure disrespect and rudeness.
